The Intentional Living Series will have specific topics (above) discussed, with open dialogue and also general accountability discussion surrounding goals.
If you want to attend the in-person series (ILS), please be mindful it is a meet-up that builds off of each other and the best way to foster growth is through broaching subjects that take vulnerability and this takes time and consistency. The first two meetups will be a tad more lighthearted and as we get to know each other and as the group progresses topics will become more in depth. Also, each meet up series (ILS) will be held twice a month on the second and fourth Friday from 6:30 to 8:30pm at Copperline Cafe in Daytona Beach. If there is a scheduling conflict for any of the sessions please let me know and I can meet with you at a different time to catch you up on what was missed.
Dork Dancing
Ormond Beach, FL
Physical movement is an essential ingredient in connection to source/the divine/god, and connecting to our authentic nature.
These events will be held on every full moon at the beach and will be a night to inspire and ignite our senses through movement!
Thanh Nguyen a seasoned dork dancing host will guide us in an eventful and lively night of energetic movement (free dance).
Feel free to bring a chair, beverages or musical instruments for a time of creativity and relaxation.
You can also check out what the Dork Dancing community is all about via social media.

“Dork dancers are mental health advocates practicing love over fear for themselves & others. Accepting our inner dork allows access to the freest part of our inner child, existing separately from the concerns & illnesses of the mind. It’s up to each of us to discover & embrace the softness, silliness, & playfulness that our inner dork promises.”

Playful Pastimes
Daytona Beach, FL
An event worthy of a night out!
Feeling safe in an environment that fosters our ability to be playful is the stuff joy is made from.
Play awakens something essential in us—the spark of curiosity, connection, and creativity that thrives when we set aside the need to be serious and allow ourselves to explore. Through games, we rediscover the art of being present, the joy of friendly challenge, and the freedom to take risks without fear of failure. When people come together to play, laughter becomes the language of collaboration, and imagination takes the lead. These events invite everyone to step into that playful space where discovery, intuition, and joy meet.
As players experiment, make quick decisions, and adapt to outcomes, they strengthen the brain’s ability to trust instinct and respond fluidly to uncertainty. Over time, this playful learning fosters both emotional resilience and intuitive insight that carry over into daily life.
We usually start off these events with an ice breaker game such as Heads Up (like charades) and end on Werewolf, a more intuitive role playing game.
